The City of Cody Information Technology (IT) Department uses a web-based support ticket system to track and manage IT support requests. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which provides ticket progress and response documentation. A complete archive of tickets is maintained for historical reference purposes.

Tickets may be submitted directly through this web portal, which requires a valid email address. Alternatively, tickets may be submitted by emailing your request to support@codywy.gov.
